Currently Sombra Homes has one spec home nearly complete with Tuscan Estates and two more planned to begin construction in the near future. The first spec home on Lot 256 has already been put under contract by Stone Canyon Properties, even prior to its expected completion in October. The next spec home which will begin construction is going to be located on Lot 235 and will feature phenomenal views of the Catalina Mountains. The Spec Homes page of the new website will be continually updated with new pictures of the homes as they are built, along with other important information for potential buyers.

Not only does Sombra Homes offer custom homes within Tuscan Estates, but interested buyers can also purchase any of the currently remaining 24 custom homesites. These lots can then be designed and/or built by any company of the buyer’s choosing, including Sombra. To make the review of these lots easier you’ll notice on the new website, on the Custom Homesites page, a table of the available lots which are sortable by lot number, price, or acreage. Other information available on the Tuscan Estates website includes the plat map for Phase III (Tuscan Estates), the Subdivision Public Report, and the specific Tuscan Estates Design Guidelines. These design guidelines are supplemental to the general Stone Canyon Design Guidelines but do specify some different requirements. Foremost among the unique requirements is the stipulation that a Tuscan themed design be used. The ultimate goal of this enclave is for the creation of an old-world feeling community.
