A dynamic strength training class, including the basics for both upper and lower body, combined to get the heart rate pumping. Floor strength work and final stretch is included.
Please note the following:
- Class size is limited to 10 participants.

- Sign ups will not be accepted more than 48 hours in advance.
- Cost for this class is included with membership dues.
- Please bring your own mats. Mats will not be provided.
