Instructor: Malinda Magel
Malinda's mat Pilates classes will incorporate core strength, flexibility, balance, rotation, (a perfect match for golfers) and help improve posture. Each week, she will challenge you with a complete body workout. Her goal is to help members build a stronger, better body so they can enjoy life more fully. Come have some fun while improving your health.
Please note the following:
- Class size is limited to 10 participants.

- Sign ups will not be accepted more than 48 hours in advance.
- Cost for this class is $20.
- Please bring your own mat. Mats will not be provided.
