Golf Fitness for Friday, November 5, 2021

This class will cover the basics of the functional Movement Program (TPI) which includes stretches and mobility patterns to improve flexibility, increased mobility of the upper back and rotational core strength, and develop balance, strength and coordination.

Please note the following:

  • Class size is limited to 10 people.
